Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Game Shop website (the "Service") operated by Cubisoft. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

To access our Service, you log in using your Discord account. We only collect your Discord ID, which is public information and can be accessed by other users of Discord.

You are responsible for any activity under your Discord account while using our Service. However, we are not responsible for any issues related to your Discord account, as we do not manage your account or have control over Discord's services.

2. Server Shops

Our Service allows you to create and manage virtual shops for game servers ("Server Shops"). You are solely responsible for the content of your Server Shop, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy of server information.
• The legitimacy of products offered.
• Compliance with the Terms of Service and Monetization Rules of the games your server is associated with.
• Fulfillment of purchases made through your Server Shop.

We reserve the right to remove any Server Shop that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our service or users.

3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your PayPal account information or other required billing details.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment information such as credit card numbers or security codes.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any PayPal account or other payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

4. Refunds

Gamer Shop is a platform that enables individual server owners to sell digital goods and is not responsible for third-party Refund Policies. Each server shop is operated independently and is considered the sole seller of its products. As such, each server shop may have its own Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or you did not receive the virtual goods you paid for, please refer to the Refund Policy of the specific server shop and contact the server owner directly. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact our support team for further assistance, but please note that Gamer Shop is not responsible for enforcing third-party Refund Policies.

Gamer Shop also offers subscription plans to server owners for access to platform features. These subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

5. Content

Our Service allows server owners to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, images, links, videos, or other material ("Content") within their server shops. You are solely responsible for any Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.

By posting content on or through the service, you represent and warrant that: (i) the content is your own or you have all necessary rights to use it and to grant us the license described in these Terms, and (ii) the Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or contract rights.

You may not post or share any content that is harmful, offensive, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes harassment, discrimination, or content that could harm other users or damage the reputation of Gamer Shop.

We reserve the right to review and remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to violate these terms or to be otherwise harmful to the platform or its users. Repeated or serious violations may result in the suspension or termination of your server shop and account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit or harm, or attempt to exploit or harm, minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To sell or offer items that violate the terms of service or Monetization Rules the games they are associated with.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the company or users of the service or expose them to liability.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gamer Shop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Gamer Shop is a platform that enables server owners to create virtual shops for their game communities. We are not affiliated with any specific game publisher or developer. It is the sole responsibility of each server owner to comply with the Monetization Rules, community guidelines, and Terms of Service set by the game(s) they support.

By creating a shop on Gamer Shop, server owners agree to these terms and confirm that their use of the platform does not violate any applicable game or platform policies.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
